An Institution that is part of System or of a Multi-Campus- Annual Rate: $756.00 per Institution (The whole system/all campuses must join.)

Community College - Annual Rate: $567.00

Kindergarten-12^th Grade Schools -- Annual Rate: $567.00

Corporate -- Annual Rate: $945.00
