Conference fees

Early bird registration fee for the conference is $495.  After October 15, 2010 the fee will be $545.   The registration fee includes access to over 200 presentations in 6 concurrent sessions, the cost of all materials, Wednesday welcome reception and banquet, 3 continental breakfasts, Thursday awards luncheon, all refreshment breaks, Thursday afternoon poster session and access to exhibit hall.
